If you're at the start of your job search and want to understand the whole process, Standard covers it. If you have been job searching for awhile and looking for more tailored support, the Power-Up could provide the extra support you need.

For both Standard and Power-Up Packages, we will go through the foundations of the recruitment process. Sessions will be interactive where questions and discussions are encouraged and highly valued. We can also work through your specific situation so you will leave with actions you can use straight away.
The Power-Up Package offers additional sessions where you can book before key events, for instance to prepare for an interview, conduct mock interviews, offer negotiations, etc.

Bring whatever's relevant to that stage — a job description, your CV, an interview invite. It's not required, but sessions go further when we're working with something real rather than a hypothetical.

Yes. Job search is not a linear process. Depending on where you are in your search, topics could be adjusted based on your needs.

The consultation is where we agree your package and timing together, so this depends on your availability and where you are in your search. If you're facing an imminent interview or deadline, include this in the consultation note so we can prioritise accordingly. However, sessions also depend on existing work commitment so next day start may not be guaranteed.

Sessions are held online, so you can join from wherever suits you and fit them around interviews and existing commitments.

If AI tools are working well for you, that’s great. Keep using them. If you are finding AI hard to navigate, or you prefer to work with a person, either package is built for that. We will discuss best practices on how to use AI effectively to support your search. Working with Interview Chatter means you are partnering with an experienced recruiter to navigate your job search journey with a bit of fun in the process.
